I have what will no doubt be a spectacular Valentine's weekend ahead of me. For now though I thought I would let those much wiser than me say a few things worth repeating.

I am a girl in layers of fluffy ruffles and patent leather shoes.
I am a woman in jeans and worn out flip flops.
I come from Yellow Jackets, Eagles and Titans respectively.
I am a Bulldog through and through.
I am the aunt of Batman, Spiderman, and the whole host of Disney Princesses.
I come from Buddy and Frances.
I come from a church choir that makes me laugh.
I come from friends who hold me when I cry.
I come from a place where baskets are dropped.
I am the woman who picked up her basket again.
I am happy.
